Great stool but came damaged

These stools are wonderful. They are very thick with cushion and the vinyl isn't cheaply made. It feels soft and not at all plastic. The colors are vibrant and the logos are clear and vivid. The legs and frame are very sturdy and do not rock. The only issue was the bottom corner of the bar stool back support was torn. It's packed pretty well so it must have happened at the packaging place and they didn't notice it perhaps. It's an open hole. I've only had them two days. Hesitant to take them back because it's going to take longer to get a replacement. May just get colored duct tape and fix it myself. Meh..For $240 total it seems like a bit much for me to have to tape it.
