(However-It does not like dark areas of skin so I have to lay 🦅pum to the sky 🤦‍♀️) But It actually works not a scam. I don't find it tedious, especially compared to waxing, which is unbearable for me. This feels like a quick flick the first couple of times, then after that it's barely noticeable, especially on the legs. I haven't even been using it exactly as recommended (I skipped a few weeks), and it's still working. I only have a few stubborn hairs left—literally 4 on my 🐱. When used correctly, you don't see stubble at all. The skin looks completely smooth, like it never had hair. The only slightly tedious part is shaving beforehand. If you don't shave well, the hair comes back. I've also had trouble keeping up with my underarms just because I forget to do them after shaving and using the device—but that's more of a user issue. You do need to be patient at first. The first week it feels like nothing is happening, (DONT THROW IT OUT GIRL) the second week I noticed patchy regrowth. Those hairs started coming back lightly about a month later. I'll start using it consistently to get better long-term results. One tip: use cheap sunglasses. Even if you look away, the light is very bright and can give a headache—it lights up the whole room. Also, make sure you shave completely beforehand. If you don't, it won't work as well and can hurt because the hair burns against the skin. I wish I invested in a more expensive version but honestly for a do everything myself kinda girl it's no hassle especially when I only have to shave what is left to work on. If you want permanent hair loss this isn't for you however this is a looks like permanent but still minimal upkeep maybe every 4-5 weeks kinda thing. Getting to that point is the like 6 week process. Still early in the process if I used it every week instead of every 2-3 I'd be bald already. Some girlies use it and next day use it again for faster results and less missed areas. I'm a full time college student and work 40 hours I don't got time for all that it's less maintenance that makes my life easier. Pray for my four little hairs bc they are already on hospice.
