The minor issue was trying to activate the phone. Something that should have been so simple to do turn into an extra $35. The major issue is the speakers. You have to put it on speaker in order for you to hear and take it off speaker so the person on the other line can hear you clearly. The speaker is very muffled. So, that's more money. Would have been nice is that was put in the description. I would have been more prepared.
