Good idea; bad follow through

I couldn't wait for this book to come out when I saw it previewed; I put the date on my calendar and ordered the book. Then I got it. It reads like a poorly written documentary that was written by someone for whom English is a second language. If it was reviewed by an editor, they should be fired, and Penguin books should recall all of the copies out of embarrassment. There are typos, grammatical and formatting, and is just SO awfully written it is hard to get through. It is a true shame, because the story is deserving of being told, but this book does a horrible job of telling it.
