Magic Chef Mcstcw16w2 Topload Compact Washer

As someone living in a small apartment with limited space, I didn't think I'd be able to own a washing machine. However, this little guy changed all that - it's a relatively small box (in comparison to full-size washers) with a lot of power. Why I like it? It runs well using a (provided) connector to the kitchen sink, is quiet and can easily take a load of queen-size bed sheets. I'm pretty sure it can take the comforter, too. I now run ~2 loads of washing a week between my husband and I and as a bigger bonus, clothes come out cleaner than they did when I took them to the wash and fold. Case in point - some of my light-colored jeans had oil spots that didn't come out after multiple trips to the wash and fold; they came out after one wash in the new machine. Trust me, it's thorough. Finally, the 10-minute wash setting is sufficient for cleaning clothes. That's half the time commercial washers take. And yes, I can cook, read and get on with my life by getting my clothes washed at home, instead of at the laundromat. Overall, a great-quality machine for a bargain price. I also recommend picking up a Downy Ball on Jet for the fabric softener, so you don't have to wait for the rinse cycle to pour it in. Downy Ball works great with this machine.
