Lower Quality Than Expected

This seems to be of lower quality than expected. The joint (the most stressed part) is made out of plastic. The velcro on the bottom is the rough side, and will accumulate dust and hair over a short amount of time. It is almost impossible to clean everything off of the velcro. Although, the velcro is replaceable (extra velcro must be bought separately). They should have put the soft side on the bottom.
