Bought them for my sister. She is partially paralyzed on her left side from an Aneurysm and a stroke and has some trouble pulling them up or them staying up. These fit her perfect. She is able to pull them up. They are not too big. The waist band is comfortable and stays up on her. She loves having pockets for her tissues and stuff. Their long enough that her legs don't stick to the chairs and lightweight so she doesn't get over heated. We will be getting more of these.
