I didn’t know I needed this until I started using it every day. I wasn’t sure a 14-quart air fryer would be worth the counter space, but the Gourmia proved me wrong almost immediately. The first night, I threw in some frozen sweet potato fries and they came out perfectly crispy—better than my oven ever managed. Since then, I’ve cooked chicken drumsticks, veggies, and even reheated pizza (which somehow tastes freshly baked again). What I love most is how much faster dinner comes together. No preheating, no waiting around. I can toss everything in, set a timer, and walk away. The large glass window is also a nice touch—it’s satisfying to watch food crisp up without opening the door.
