They work well. Solid, but not too heavy. They're actually attractive chairs for being foldable additions to an event. Much nice than many I've seen. These actually look like regular chairs and it would be difficult to even know they fold. The seat is on the firmer side, but still comfortable. Great find and doesn't diminish the look of the table when you have to pull out a couple of extra chairs for company.
