If you are enjoying your PowerBlock 5-50 lbs base model and have maxed them out on some lifts then this is the next logical progression on your strength training journey. ****Just make sure if you purchase this version of the PowerBlock stage 2 expansion (50-70lbs) that the base model that you own is the PowerBlock Elite EXP (5-50LBS). If you purchased from Walmart, Amazon, etc. you should be fine. If you purchased directly from PowerBlocks website (PowerBlock Elite USA 90) then this expansion won't fit that version correctly.

Powerblock dumbbell
I bought the Powerblock set of dumbbells earlier and within a week I was using the max 50 lbs for a couple of exercises so I ordered the add on weights to bring them to max 70 lbs so I could increase my exercise weights. These work good for being able to have enough weight with the ease of quick adjustments without taking up a lot of space.
