Paid Full Price for Used, Beat Up Item

The quality of this product was terrible. It had obviously been used—bent pieces of metal, scratches on the corners, and a scratched and beat up plexiglass door that was covered in dirt. TERRIBLE quality, I was shocked. We would have immediately returned it but we had to have it to be compliant with code for our very next business day, unfortunately, so I was stuck paying full price for a used, sub par item. Very, very disappointed.
