Great for cooking and seasoning

A very reliable brand of Soy sauce and a common i reach for. Its always been a selection for adding on to stuff like spam for musubis, portugese sausage,, italian sausages, other meats, soyu on top of the rice and great for flavoring grilled Chicken too. Compared to other brands this one isn't too salty or on the strong side and definitely open to mixture inclusions across other sauces like oyster and more. Certainly recommended.

This Aloha Shoyu is rich in flavor and much better than the regular shoyu. It is not too salty and tastes great added to many dishes especially Asian dishes, sushi and poke bowls.

I'm normally very picky with soy sauce my number one favorite is Yama. But I have to say this new premium Hawaii brand is OK. I don't really care for the original.
