Was very comfortable but would recommend only in home use as the seat pad can easily be seen if wearing sweat or active wear style pants. Jeans may hide this pad better. Was good for two discharges but after the third moisture did follow the wicking material of the underwear. Review made by user. Order one size smaller that "waist" chart shows. I am have a 50" waist but got the 48" which fits perfectly.
