I placed my order on 10/15/23 for a cobalt blue air hawk, on 10/17/23 at 11:36am I revised and email from Walmart informing me that my order had been cancelled because it was out of stock and that I would not be charged but a hold of 58$ was placed on my CC. So my mom placed another order for the wheelchair through another company which had it in stock on Monday 10/16/23. On Wednesday 10/18/23 I received a phone call from Wayne from Philips health regarding my order I placed for the wheelchair. I informed him Walmart had cancelled it and he asked for my email to be able to send me a link to his website to place a new order. On Thursday 10/19/23 I let him know my mom had ended up placing an order for one elsewhere on Monday after walmart cancelled my order. Wayne then let me know Walmart didn't actually cancel the order and I needed to cancel it or he was going to ship the item. I then tried to cancel it but I got an error message saying I wasn't able to. I contacted Walmart customer service who put in a request to cancel the order, it was then sent to Philips health to which Wayne replied for me to cancel the item. I again told them I'm not able to on my end sending screenshots of everything. Wayne sends back please cancel the order, again I can not. I called Walmart Thursday evening again and spoke to someone else who put in the cancellation on his end only to tell me Wayne had shipped the item! Wayne was very aware of the situation, knowing very well I didn't want the item shipped and I was working on it with Walmart to fix THEIR mistake not mine. This entire process has been nothing but terrible I do not recommend working with this company and now I have to return a 41lb wheelchair and wait for them to credit my account for 2000$! In the meantime I've already been charged 2000$ so now my CC has 4000$ charged to it for no reason other than people only caring to make a sale.
