Recommendation:

Anti-seasickness recipe: 2 drops of Ginger + 2 drops of Peppermint + 5ml carrier oil.
Reduces excessive dandruff recipe: 3 drops of Rosemary + 2 drops of Peppermint + 1 drop of Tea Tree.
Inhalation recipe: 3 drops of Peppermint + 2 drops of Lemon +2 drops of Cypress.
Cooling recipe: 3 drops of Peppermint + 2 drops of Lavender +2 drops of Chamomile.

Usage:
Bathing: Add a few drops for a heavenly comfortable feeling filled with a soothing aroma. To help relieve symptoms such as sneezing and running nose.
Massaging: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil and apply to the skin. Massage the abdomen clockwise with diluted peppermint essential oil to relieve indigestion and nausea. (Do not apply the Essential Oil directly to the skin)
