All you have to do is just step on and twist and you have the bungee cord thing used to help you lift up while you twist so I highly recommend somebody who wants to lose weight or finding we used to lose weight on a budget or having an at home gym to have this.

I ordered this twister in pink! It arrived in a couple of days from date of purchase. This twister arrived this morning and is so easy to use! I obviously have only used it today, but you can definitely feel the burn in your abs and strengthening of your core. I like the versatility the straps add the exercise experience. It is sturdy and well constructed. The color is very attractive. I have ordered another one for a family member. It is much easier to use than the round ones. Can't wait to use it again tomorrow!
