This was already assembled, except quickly attaching the handles. It's lightweight enough to carry around, but feels sturdy and well made to move on. Small enough to store easily under the bed. It's really fun to use and targets the ever challenging mid section very well. I love the color and you can't beat the price!

I ordered this twister in pink! It arrived in a couple of days from date of purchase. This twister arrived this morning and is so easy to use! I obviously have only used it today, but you can definitely feel the burn in your abs and strengthening of your core. I like the versatility the straps add the exercise experience. It is sturdy and well constructed. The color is very attractive. I have ordered another one for a family member. It is much easier to use than the round ones. Can't wait to use it again tomorrow!
