Great DVD for toddler language!

My nieces and nephews all grew up watching this DVD and I bought it for my daughter as well...she loves it! It is a GREAT addition to any infant/toddler collection. I am a graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology and my professional opinion also is that this DVD is great! It provides language stimulation for infants and toddlers, in both expressing and understanding language.

My grandson loves Elmo, and this video is his favorite one. He doesnt like the other Elmo movies yet, but watches this one daily. He could be crying, or into stuff, and as soon as this Elmo comes on, he stops everything and lays down and watches it! and that is very unlikely with a active 2 year old! haha. It helps me cook dinner while he watches his show. We have had this video for about 3 years? my grandaughter when she was young, watched it also :) I highly recommend this video, educational and entertaining. Shows the difference between heavy and light, what the name afraid means, identifies parts of the face and what they do, in a song. Talk about different skin colors, and how everyone should like and be comfortable even if they are different. Elmo even tap dances, then raps to the number 5 with his mc hammer pants!! HAHA! Cutest Elmo ever!!!!
