I got package in side oil already used and I have to buy I think it's mineral oil for pump pads, I noticed these reviews about burn and dont pick up or touch it, this is why I buy more mineral oil to help cool down like machine, care for it.

Great for this 69 yr old

I am 69yrs old, COPD and on oxygen so any type of working out is very hard for me. I love this stepper. I am able to use it daily to strengthen my legs at the same time give me some cardio. I put it behind my recliner so I can balance myself on the back of the chair. It is easy to use and easy to adjust the tension. I use the arms tool separately by standing on them hooked together since my balance is not good enough to attach to the stepper. I would recommend this stepper to other seniors with limitations.
