Walmart's International Customer Service is a BUST

When I took the radiator out of the box to check for any damage, and to paint it black, I noticed that one of the tubing connections at the bottom of the radiator was missing (used to connect the rubber hoses for the automatic transmission cooling). I spent the next 2 hours trying to get Walmart's customer service to understand my problem. I originally thought that if I could talk directly to the parts counter at Agility Auto Parts, that I could explain the missing part and they could mail it to me. Walmart has out sourced their customer service to an international company and I spoke to several people that I could not get any help at all. (1) They did not understand the problem; (2) going of off options in a book; (3) did not understand english that well; (4) one character had a broken headset and was cutting out so bad, that I repeatedly asked to speak to his supervisor, which he finally did transfer me after 10 minutes of requesting to be transfered; (5) his supervisor did not understand either and lost me on hold and another agent picked me up; (6) this young lady could not give me the phone number to Agility Auto Parts, but explained how Walmart works and that they warhouse the parts instead of Agility Auto, and the best thing would be to issue a refund so I could reorder the radiator AND HOPEFULLY THIS ONE WILL BE COMPLETE!!! So, we will see if she is right or not, but so far, I have a Charley horse in my left arm from being on the phone so much today. This should have been a simple 2 call, 5 minute procedure, but Walmart is too busy playing 'BIG TIME' and trying to out Amazon, Amazon, that they are completely ignoring the needs of their customers. I have been a Walmart customer since the first Walmart came to Oklahoma City several years ago, and my mother joined Sams Wholsale %231 when it first opened up in Oklahoma City, but all of that is about to change. I saved a few bucks, but when I figure in the frustration and time wasted, IT WAS NO BARGAIN AT ALL AND I'M ABOUT READY TO START TAKING MY BUSINESS DOWN THE STREET TO TARGET AND A FEW OTHER STORES!!!
