My dog has stomach issues especially with pancreatitis. I give him diagel when I hear the noises in his stomach. Before diagel treatment I would end up at the vets office 300.00 later. Only to have it act up again and again. Now that I give diagel, within a few hours no more noises and he feels good. My vet gave him Cerena for pancreatitis and it doesn't work nearly as well as diagel. It has truly saved my dog. I also give him fortaflora daily.
