Hands down my favorite olives available from Wal-Mart, and I love olives. The brine is not a salt bomb and that's a good thing, but perhaps not ideal for a dirty martini. The size and consistency of the olives in the mix will vary in size from jar to jar, which I assume reflects different times of harvest. They're fresh and delicious, and I sincerely with Wal-Mart will regularly stock their jars of just the Castelvetrano green olives - my favorite!

Castelvetrano olives are my favorite. They have a bit of a crunch, almost like a pickle, unlike their normal jarred olive counterparts. They're just delicious.

Mediterranean gal at heart! Bring on the olives!

Lovely variety of olives. A few of the smaller varieties were a bit softer than I was use to, but none were lacking in flavor diversity. I've enjoyed them all for a variety of different fresh eating and cooking momentsā€¦and even some in a beautiful decorative focaccia. (if this review lets me add a few photos later on, I will. If not, use your imagination. I'll be buying more).
