I've read the customer reviews that are so valuable and appreciated to determine which type of vitamins to try. This brand looks really good and the other vitamins in this line that I've recently begun are helping me to feel better too. The iron specifically has been proven to be effective on a recent lab result whereas other iron had been ineffective.

The bottle arrived in pieces because it was poorly wrapped. I love this supplement and I recommend it. Just make sure it is returnable just in case the bottle arrives broken.
