LOVE these Birria bombs! I have tried other brands before and InstaBomb has the most flavorful ones I've tried. It is so easy to make and I had lots of leftovers too, they just get better everyday. OMG, these meal bombs are too good to be true! I didn't believe that a meal bomb could be packed with so much flavor and also, easy to use. All I did was drop the bomb into my InstaPot with water and meat and voila! It was done and delicious. In fact, I have a back-up supply for my busy days or lazy afternoons where cooking is just "too much" for me. Try it, you won't regret it! PS - the recipes on their site are great for leftovers and variations!
