Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce is better than the reduced salt version. I found that the reduced salt version has a chemical in it that affects me adversely. You don't need a lot of the original Kikkoman to make your rice or chicken taste great!

I may pay a few more pennies for the label named, 'Kikkoman' but in the long run, I'm saving money because of using less. According to Japanese legend, turtles live to be 10,000 years old and are symbolic of happiness, success and longevity. The characteristic hexagon consists of a symbolic turtle shell and the Japanese kanji character for the number 10,000, uniting “tradition” and “innovation”.
