I've taken biotin for years, and Im always hesitant to switch brands because some cause me to breakout on my face. I was willing to try the Sports Research brand since it had coconut oil added. I've heard of the benefits, but dont care for the taste, so having it coupled with something I already use is a win/win for me. The pill was a 2 toned small gel capsule, almost as if the 2 items were separated. It was easy to swollow, and I've been taking them for a bit over 3wks and have had no breakouts which is good. I'll continue to take them. I have a checkup in December and I'll then determine if the coconut oil benefits are worth it, but Im pleased so far.

I'm starting to go through my postpartum hair shedding and I can really notice the hair loss. I thought maybe biotin would be helpful in slowing down the hair loss or helping with hair growth. I've been taking it for two weeks now and I'm not sure if I'm noticing any change yet. However, I do like that the capsule is small and easy to swallow. I also like that it is made with coconut oil, so it has a slight coconut taste that sometimes you notice and other times you don't. I'm hoping that after using this product for longer, I will be able to really see a change with my hair.

I'm really liking this Biotin supplement! It has 5000 MCG, made with coconut oil, and comes in a bottle of 120. They are in a softgel form and are very easy to swallow. They don't have any scent or taste which makes them even better! I take the recommended dose of 1 daily with food, and so far they're working great! Lastly, they're certified vegan, gluten free, and Non-GMO.
