Love, Love, Love these Dole Mandarin fruit cups! I Love that they are in their natural juice. We have a diabetic family member, and one of these is the perfect amount of sweetness, and fruit for a serving for them without altering their blood sugar. The taste is really good. I keep in fridge and we like the juice and fruit cold most days! I love to toss the segments on top of salads.

these are one of my husband's favorites I used to get them in a can but now I will occasionally splurge on these. this year has been one of medical chaos, so I have been forced to keep a supply of individual portion supply foods on the top shelf of the fridge.
