Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Use two parts water to one part rice. (Example: 2 cups water for 1 cup rice). Bring water and 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional) to a boil. Add rice mix and stir for one minute. Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook undisturbed for 20-25 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

It has been a long time since I have had Yellow Rice of any kind. I decided to get this bulk pack to keep in the house as a pantry stable along with all the other non-perishables I keep for easy meals or hard times. The smell as it cooks is amazing though you will have to keep an eye on it even in a rice cooker because it will easily brown or burn on the bottom. I'm going to try a little less water with my second batch because it came out a little too soft for my tastes when following the directions. I will definitely be getting more to stock away for future use.
