Solid glute builder
Took me about 20 minutes to put together alone. It is sterdy and well made. Takes up only a little space. This machine does exactly what I want it to do which is define my glutes. You can switch up you exercise to hit certain muscles. In one week I could feel the difference in the firmness of my glutes. By week two my thighs slimed and my jeans fit differently. All I do is 10 minutes each day and I'm seeing results. With a proper diet and dedication you will have the back side you are looking for. Definitely worth the $60 bucks.
