Not the same as it was before

The formula seems to have changed, or I got a bad batch. It is not as fluid as it was before, and it has a sticky substance. It did not permeate my skin to way it used to. Instead, it sat on my skin (feeling thick and sticky for about 10-15 minutes. I will not buy it again.
