Watch for manufacturing assembly defect

Watch for manufacturer default. This item was a replacement for the first one I received. When I realized the reason I could not get it to open, and even after reviewing YouTube video thinking I was missing something, I realized the legs were attached incorrectly. See first picture with smooth leg on the outside. If your table looks like this when lying flat there is no way it will open "under" the table but outside the table and no way place the bar in the slots. In the 2nd picture you can see the smooth side of the leg on the "inside" allowing you to open the legs and slide it into the height grooves. I was able to open the replacement in 2 seconds and sit it on my patio.

Admittedly, I JUST got it today, but so far, I'm very happy. It's cute (raspberry gingham too with teal legs) and functional. I wanted some extra tables for my plants on my porch and these fit the bill. They're light-weight, but don't feel like they're going to blow away. They support my plants (I was worried they might not be able to hold them) and they look cute on my porch. I was warned by other reviews about the stickers on the top, but they were out in the heat for a couple hours so the glue was cooperative for me and I went very slowly and didn't have a problem. I will probably buy more of these bc I can't seem to stop myself from buying plants.
