I started taking Benfotiamine when an Endocrinologist recommended it for the utilization of glucose in my tissues and he also said it's great to reduce pain of neuropathy. Great supplement for my neuropathy
I have used this supplement before but never thought I would find it at Walmart. Glad that I did the quality is the same and the price is much less. Works for me to lessen my peripheral neuropathy symptoms. It is a fat soluble B vitamin which is better absorbed and was recommended by my chiropractor. Thought I might try it and for me it has had some positive effects. I recommend doing some reading on it before hand so that you feel comfortable with taking it. I have found no side effects and no interaction with my prescribed medication. Hope this helps. Take care and stay safe.

For diabetic foot pain give this a chance. In one month the foot pain will be from unbearable to ok. By month three the pain will be gone. But gotta keep using it. Remember once the damage is done, it's done. But it's not expensive and I take it every morning with my vitamins. That easy. Also I keep my sugar levels low.
