Operating instructions:
1. Add the marinating ingredients.
2. Connect the vacuum tube and open the valve.
3. To vacuum, press "vacuum". The vacuum time is the default and does not need to be changed. It stops automatically when the time is up.The general vacuum value is 0.03-0.06.(When vacuum treatment is conducted, the drum needs to face up, the drum may shrink in this process,and it is a normal phenomenon.) 4. Close the valve and remove the vacuum tube.
5. Start pickling and set the pickling time. For example, if the display is 15:00, long press the ''Time''for 3 seconds, the number "15" in the front will flash, and press the arrow on the second side to add or subtract the number. Press the "Time" again, the "00" number will flash, and the number will be increased or decreased in the same way. Press the "Time" to save the time.Once you start curing, press the "Time" again.
6. To shut down, press the power key for 3 seconds.
