It is very durable, easy to install. There was an issue with the remote at first, but it works great now. It takes about a minute to come down and another to go back up.

Easy to install and set up, the programming of what positions you want it to stop in is very easy and works just as advertised. Operation is very quiet and takes about a minute to lower in to position and/or retract fully. I would recommend this product and definitely purchase again if needed.
