I Use this Daily
I use the powder each morning, added in with the vitamin-shake-concoction I drink each morning, and it gives me a boost without any afternoon crash. Also, if you have a good vitamin drink mix that doesn't taste well (I have experimented with many), the d-ribose can sweeten it up a bit and make it easier to choke down. :) I really notice when I forget to take it.

Best Product Ever
I have found that this product greatly improved my energy level. Since it is a powder, I just mix it with juice each morning and drink. The best part is that Swanson Vitamins has the best price around. I have checked many places for this product, and have yet to find it for a better price.
