They always give these little pumps that really doesn't do anything for them. You're not able to clean the pool out with them or any of that so the prompts suck you have to upgrade to select a three or $400 pumps but other than that the pool itself last years.

This is our third Bestway pool to purchase and by far the largest. We set it up where the others were so the ground didn't need much leveling. What little leveling we did and setting the pool up, took two hours, and we were filling it up with water. We love this pool and are swimming everyday. We would definitely recommend this pool.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The product itself isnt the issue. The issue is walmart's customer service. I have been back and forth between walmart and 2 different carrier companies and still have no resolution. I only received ONE of the 3 boxes for this item and they refuse to reship the missing parts and have made me wait over a week for a refund. The continue to delay the refund. The item is available for purchase on the website so they have the stock, they just refuse to send the item. Absolutely ridiculous. The product is phenomenal, I have owned in the past which is why I just want the product but Walmart refuses to help their customers even after paying over $1000 on the item.
