It's a very smooth, creamy face remover. It doesn't dry out on the face. Doesn't have much of a smell. I get some on my fingers and rub it on my face. The pictures above are before and after using this product. I absolutely love it. No water is used in these photos just makeup remover and a wash rag to wipe off the makeup remover. I also love the packaging.
