Great workout!

This is a great yoga/Pilates combo. Mandy is funny too. She adds humor to the workout so you feel more like your working out with one of your friends. This is the most sore I've been after yoga and I did the short version with the stretch and balance extras. I will be looking for more of Mandy's DVDs and books.

Great Yoga/Toning Workout

I have been practicing yoga on and off (more off than on) for about 5 years and I love the relaxation and flow of a yoga workout but this DVD takes it up a notch by combining yoga with toning poses. I really love the combo and it will make you sweat! I also like the option of doing an express 35 minute workout or a fully charged 55 minute workout. You can also go through the express workout with music only or with Mandy's instruction. I have been doing the express workout about 4 days a week for 2 weeks now and I can already see my core and abdominal strength increasing. Awesome price point as well!
