Best split pea soup I have found.
Really great flavored split pea soup. In our house it gets eaten at least once per week. Add more vegetables or animal protein if you like. Makes a great lunch with a good bread and/or salad.
Very satisfying
Love this soup. It's a comfort food for me. A smooth, creamy textured pea soup with pasta and carrot bits. Great homemade flavor, not like canned soups. I like it with toast dipped in seasoned Olive oil or will add a little leftover ham or some crumbled bacon or have finely diced a small potato and added at the start of cooking. I generally buy 6 or 12 packs at a time.
