If you sent familiar with konjac pasta, do not expect it to taste like wheat. It is much closer to other Asian styles of pasta like rice, mungbean, etc. The rice pasta is the weirdest because the texture isn't overly similar to rice or orzo, but it's still good. As far as konjac pasta goes, this isn't my favorite brand, but it's an excellent value and I'm very happy with the quality. I will definitely continue to buy it

Healthy, light. Great with sauce

I tried these as a healthier swap for regular pasta, and they're actually pretty decent once you get used to them. The texture is a little different kind of more chewy than normal noodles but they soak up whatever sauce you use really well. They're super light and don't leave you feeling heavy after eating, which I liked. Plus, knowing they're low-carb and high in fiber makes them a nice option if you're trying to eat a bit healthier. The only thing is you definitely want to rinse them well before cooking, but after that they're easy to prepare. Overall, not exactly the same as regular pasta, but a solid substitute if you're cutting carbs or just want something lighter.
