great device for smaller legs

I am a certified lymphedema therapist and I love this device for helping patients to get their knee high stockings on and off. Unfortunately, I have found the Juzo slippie gator to be too small for any calves greater than 45cm, which leaves out a lot of lymphedema and venous insufficiency patients.
