Cute vest but wish it came in S, M, L, and XL

I ran across this vest in the store and there was only one in size S/M. I typically take medium or large in tops. I tried the S/M on and it was a bit small but I did like the more form-fitting look of it. I ordered a L/XL online and that size fits OK but it is looser than I would like. It is 100% cotton so maybe I can shrink it in the wash.
