I bought this bag a couple of months ago. After a couple of days of use, the area that holds the chain link in place came loose. I was able to glue it together. It held okay. But just last week, the chain link from the handle separated from the rest of the chain. I was unable to reconnect the two pieces. I am going to try to return for a full refund or replacement bag.
