What I was looking for
I used to think that all I needed to keep my prostate healthy was a zinc supplement and perhaps some saw palmetto. But I've come to believe that I also need selenium and beta sitosterol. This is a good way to get the latter. It's also supposed to be good for the cardiovascular system.
