I'm thrilled with the product so far, and the installation process wasn't too difficult. A friend recommended it to me, and they were spot-on. There are a couple of observations I've made: when I'm at home on WiFi, the HD on the CAM view automatically switches back to SD, but when I'm away from home and not on WiFi, it remains engaged in HD. It's a bit strange, but not a big issue. Another thing I noticed is that I had to lower the resolution on the DVR box to make it work with my older plasma TV from 2008. However, I'm planning to try increasing the resolution if I get a newer TV, as I believe it would result in a sharper image. The picture quality already looks great on my current TV, but if it can be improved further, that would be fantastic. Overall, I give it an A+ rating. I only wish I had one more camera, though! The customer service is excellent and responds quickly to any issues you may encounter.

While I haven't had the chance to utilize tech support yet, I must say the system itself is quite impressive. However, I do have one minor concern, and that's regarding the user guide. While it adequately covers the basic setup process, I found it lacking in providing detailed instructions on how to navigate and utilize the numerous features and functions available.

Great Buy
I purchased this system over a month ago and recently installed it after encountering some delays due to weather conditions. Once installed, I found the system to be quite user-friendly and straightforward to use, especially if you're comfortable with climbing into an attic for installation.
