I love these faux leather pants. I have purchased the same ones in a previous year and they held up after many washes. The pants have plenty of stretch however, the ankle area tends to be tight unless you have skinny ankles . Also, the material does not tear like some faux leather items. Overall, it's a great product and I recommend it highly.
