Easy to assemble. Quiet operation. Handles the weight capacity it claims, BUT, you should walk located from the middle not too near the front of the treadmill. I expect that I will get the use from this that I need. More manufacturers need to cater to the heavier weight for indoor machines, as there are many people who need the indoor activity option. If you need to know the length, it is about 6 square tiles long. It is compact enough for me. It is not an eyesore, and easy to maneuver.
