Our bunk bed arrived 2 days early. The end of the box was partially torn. However, all the pieces were intact and it took about 2 hours to assemble. The bed fit perfectly into our bedroom. The slender frame reduced the visual clutter that a full piece of furniture would create in a small bedroom. My grandson was very excited to sleep up top that night!

Product came timely and well packaged. Two of the four little feet were damaged but I think that happened during delivery. I put them in the back so they aren’t noticeable.

sucks! they sent me a video on the issue I was having. there was no audio, the instructions on the video were in some kind of Asian characters I can't read, and what the man in the video was doing went against the instructions in the manual. I was told if I sent a video I'd get a refund and help returning the unsafe machine.... now I'm being told they only want to give me 20% and want me to keep it.

Nothing to complain about at all, it actually arrived a day earlier.

The delivery date was May 29th. The treadmill was delivery 27th of May ? My package was placed in my next door neighbor's bushes front yard. The house in under construction. I was not was not notify until two hours after the delivery. I Am very disappointed on how Walmart delivery service treated loyal senior citizen customer.

The accuracy of the item description was not great as the treadmill was not portable, but the seller was courteous in communications and did make amends.
