Wet and Wild Perfect Pout Gel Lip Liner in Plum Together is an excellent lip liner. It is a gel and goes on easily. As I have aged, I have pretty much lost my upper lip, so I line slightly above my natural lip. I have vertical lip lines about my upper lip and lines on the lips themselves. This liner will glide smoothly over the lip lines with just barely holding my upper lip taut. It will not spread and does not allow lipstick or liquid lipsticks to spread into the lines. It makes a special barrier for overlinning the lips to make them appear fuller.
