I purchased this as a gift for my mother who just so happened to be looking into buying one of these for herself. the fact that I was able to get this for her and save her the time and the energy in purchasing one was phenomenal. she took a few months to put it together but when she finally put it together she bought a lock for it which is the only thing that I would recommend is that they provide a lock free of charge to go with the item. but outside of that she loves it. but the funny thing about it is is that delivery people don't like using it. I have seen where she has shown me pictures day in and day out of delivery people not only from Walmart but Amazon as well who have just throw the packages on the porch instead of putting it in her delivery bin like she requests. Complete madness but she loves it still.
